Originally from NY, Cindy relocated to The Woodlands, Texas in 2005 with her family. With more than 500 hours of training and certification through STOTT PILATES and Nationally Certified through the Pilates Method Alliance. Additionally, Cindy has has earned the designation of Master Personal Fitness Trainer (MPFT) through the IDEA Health and Fitness Association, a prestigious and internationally recognized designation alon with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Cindy’s anatomically focused and contemporary approach to Pilates has assisted both the recreational and elite athlete in preventing and alleviating injuries as well as improving their overall strength and muscular endurance. Cindy Works closely with Triathletes, Runners, Tennis Players, along with Post-Rehab, or people with Chronic medical conditions.
